In this project I used Grasshopper (a parametric design plugin for Rhino) to design a scheduling tool. TimeFinder allows you to enter multiple people's schedules and then shows you when there is enough free time to schedule a meeting, for example.
Here there are two available times for a two hour meeting.
This mode shows the overlay of people's schedules.
Here a request for a one and a half hour meeting shows the best possible option, which is slightly shorter.
